  18. When "kermitting" a small text file (with no control chars) 
  19. from a Sun C-Kermit to a PC MS-DOS Kermit using 2400 baud radio modems, 
  20. it sometimes doesn't start transferring right away (which may be due to 
  21. some delays built in to the modems/radios), 
  22. and it _never_ completes correctly.

  24. The bar graph shows 100% of the file has been transferred, but the
  25. PC Kermit (receiving) keeps waiting and refuses to say "Completed"
  26. and eventually says "Failed" after a few retries.

  28. The PACKET.LOG from SET LOG PACK says "Too many retries." at the bottom.
